This Delivery and Return Agreement defines the rights and obligations of users who place cargo orders through the Shipliyo.com platform, regarding delivery processes and return rights for online shopping from Turkey. Shipliyo.com aims to ensure that products purchased by users from Turkey are delivered securely, quickly, and smoothly to their addresses in Bulgaria.
1. Parties
Seller: Shipliyo.com
Buyer: Users who are members of the Shipliyo.com platform and have purchased products from online stores in Turkey.
2. Subject
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of users regarding the secure delivery of products purchased from online stores in Turkey to their addresses in Bulgaria via Shipliyo.com, as well as the management of delivery and return processes.
3. Membership and Accuracy of Information
Users are obliged to provide complete and accurate information when registering on Shipliyo.com.
The information provided during registration includes: full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address in Bulgaria.
Shipliyo.com cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Order and Shipping Service
Users purchase products from online stores in Turkey and designate the Shipliyo.com address as the delivery address.
Shipliyo.com receives and inspects cargo arriving at the platform’s address in Turkey and delivers it to Bulgaria according to the user’s request, either as separate packages or as a single combined package.
Shipliyo.com is not responsible for any damage to products that arrive at the Shipliyo.com address in Turkey. In such cases, the user is responsible for reporting the issue to the original online store where the order was placed.
Users can track their packages via their Shipliyo.com account and combine multiple orders into a single package to optimize shipping costs.
5. Price and Payment
The cost of the purchase in Turkey is paid by the user directly to the respective online store.
Shipliyo.com provides advance information regarding shipping and logistics fees to Bulgaria; additional fees cannot be charged without the user’s consent.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Users may return products ordered from online stores in Turkey according to the store’s specified conditions and timeframes.
Shipliyo.com is not responsible for returns after products are collected from Turkey; the return process is conducted directly between the user and the online store.
Users are responsible for correctly following the return procedure, while Shipliyo.com only provides the shipping service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shipliyo.com is not responsible for any damage to products delivered to the platform’s address in Turkey.
Shipliyo.com cannot be held liable for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
Shipliyo.com is not responsible for delays that may occur in delivering packages to Bulgaria.
8. Validity of the Agreement
This Delivery and Return Agreement comes into effect once the user becomes a member of Shipliyo.com and places a cargo order, and remains valid for as long as the user uses Shipliyo.com services.
